As a professor at a business school (and generally as a human), I am passionate about creating an impact in our society. My current consulting projects include:
Preparing reports for the Gates Foundation with advice for parents on how to raise generous humans.
Giving presentations to groups of executives and work teams (especially women) on behavioral economics, strategy and negotiations.
Providing expertise in behavioral economics, the economics of experiments and strategy to my partner Erik Johnson's startup, City Detect. City Detect uses AI-powered cameras mounted on municipal vehicles to automate public works (i.e., cleaning up trash, graffiti) and code enforcement (i.e., identifying problems in the built environment).
I have broad expertise in behavioral economics, the design of communications, and evaluating the impact of programs and policies using causal techniques. I have worked in the areas of philanthropy, early childhood education, health and personal finance.
